1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at info@collectablemart.com with your order details.

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

After Shipping

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

3. Return Request Process

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Email your request to info@collectablemart.com with your order ID.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged)

5. Refund Processing

  • Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Payment processing is handled securely via Razorpay.

6. Replacement Option

Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

7. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
